3-HEAD CNC machine
Artisman ATC system includes dual head, 3 head
(one spindle with 2 drills), linear ATC and
carrousel ATC.
Artisman DualHead
system is equipped with two spindles, which
could run simultaneously or run separately.
Besides, the two spindles can be programmed
to achieve two tools automatic tool changing
function.
Artisman Spindle+2Drills
system (3-head system) is equipped with three
heads, including one high-frequency spindle(T1)
along with two low-frequency spindles(T2 and
T3). T1, T2 and T3 can be programmed to achieve
three-tool automatic tool-changing function.
T1 is the spindle in the middle; T2 and T3 are
two low power spindles driven by pneumatic power.
Linear ATC system is composed
of 8 linear tools and an automatic dust-collecting
hood. The 8 tools can be automatically changed;
the dust-collecting hood automatically opens
and closes according to the changing of the
tools. Linear ATC is installed at the rear of
the machine.
Carrousel
ATC system is the optional function for Artisman
CNC Machine. It is composed of 8 carrousel tools
assembly and an automatic dust-collecting hood.
The 8 tools can be automatically changed; the
dust-collecting hood automatically opens and
closes according to the changing of the tools.
Carrousel ATC is installed on the gantry.
Artisman ATC

● ATC controller is solely developed by Artisman（software
registration NO.077579），designed with advanced
DSP technology, sensor technology, controlling
technology and anti-jamming technology，meanwhile
taking no space of CNC CPU to ensure a higher
efficiency.
● Artisman solely developed sensor controlling
technology can monitor the tool positions. Air
pressure sensor, dust collector sensor, chuck
sensor, and other sensors avoids damage to machine
body.
● Carrousel and Linear tool changing can be
switched on the operation manual or programmed
on certain parameters to make the controller
function better.
● RS485, MODBUS and CNC controller ensure good
communication of machine. Advanced communication
calculations ensure reliable communication,
to avoid malfunction caused by electromagnetism.
● Independent Artisman CANBUS keypad, making
it easy to set the parameters for the controller,
meanwhile preview the process of automatic tool
change.
● Home position correction to correct the mechanical
errors，making tool calibration more precise，to
avoid any harm to the tool holders caused by
the wrong tool calibration.
● Automatic Tool Calibration.
